BAROS.CLOUD Q3 2026 Release: New Features to Help Amazon Vendors Work Smarter

At BAROS, we continuously develop BAROS.CLOUD with one goal in mind: helping Amazon Vendors reduce manual effort, increase transparency, and recover deductions more efficiently.

Our Q3 2026 release introduces several new features designed to simplify daily workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and give users even greater visibility into their Vendor Central data. From enhanced document search and more flexible Shortage Claim Automation to South Africa marketplace support and our new PoD-Connect solution, this release focuses on making deduction management smarter and more efficient.

Enhanced Document Search for Faster Financial Visibility

Finding the right document is now even easier. We've expanded the document search by adding Invoice Date and Due Date directly to the search results. Users can now access more relevant financial information without opening individual documents, making daily reconciliation processes significantly faster.

We've also improved the sorting logic. Documents are now primarily sorted by invoice date and, where applicable, by the length of the invoice reference number. In addition, documents that have not yet received payment are now included in the search results, giving finance teams a more complete overview of outstanding transactions.

More Flexible Shortage Claim Automation

Managing Shortage Claims is becoming increasingly complex as transaction volumes grow. That's why we've expanded our automation capabilities to give customers even more control over how claims are processed.

The new Further Automation Options allow businesses to configure rules that better reflect their individual workflows. Users can now define minimum and maximum claim amounts for automatic disputes and re-disputes, prioritize claims based on either the highest claim value or the oldest open case, and specify document requirements separately for disputes and re-disputes.

These additional automation options help reduce manual decision-making while ensuring that resources are focused on the claims with the highest business impact.

Amazon South Africa Now Supported

As Amazon continues expanding globally, BAROS.CLOUD is expanding alongside it.

We're pleased to announce that Amazon South Africa is now supported within BAROS.CLOUD. Customers operating Vendor Central in South Africa can now integrate their marketplace into the platform and manage deductions alongside their existing Vendor accounts.

This enables multinational organizations to maintain centralized visibility across even more regions while applying the same reporting and recovery processes globally.

PoD-Connect for Amazon and Beyond: Automated Proof of Delivery Retrieval

One of the highlights of this release is PoD-Connect for Amazon and beyond.

While BAROS.CLOUD has long automated Proof of Delivery retrieval for Amazon Shortage Claims, PoD-Connect now expands this capability to all Proofs of Delivery—not just those related to Amazon Shortage Claims—and can also be used independently of Amazon. Businesses can automatically retrieve Proofs of Delivery for a wide range of logistics processes through a single, centralized interface.

Instead of manually logging into multiple carrier portals, users simply provide the tracking number and carrier, and BAROS.CLOUD retrieves the corresponding Proof of Delivery PDF within seconds through a single API connection.

PoD-Connect supports major logistics providers, integrates seamlessly into existing ERP systems via REST API, and can optionally match retrieved Proofs of Delivery with open Shortage Claims to further streamline recovery workflows.

The result is a faster, more efficient documentation process that reduces manual work, improves access to delivery records, and supports successful deduction recovery. Because PoD-Connect is not limited to Amazon, it also provides value for a wide range of logistics, compliance, and documentation processes across the supply chain.

Continuous Improvements Behind the Scenes

Alongside these new features, we've also implemented several product improvements, including adjustments to our Chargeback categories, ensuring customers continue to benefit from accurate reporting and an even better user experience.

Every BAROS.CLOUD release is driven by customer feedback and the evolving needs of Amazon Vendors.

Whether you're looking to automate Shortage Claims, simplify document management, expand into new marketplaces, or eliminate manual Proof of Delivery retrieval, BAROS.CLOUD continues to provide the tools needed to support a more profitable Amazon Vendor operation.
